Please note the following prior to making an online booking:

  • Online Bookings can only be made by existing account holders—if using our new online booking system for the first time, please click “Register New User” and follow the instructions. Verification is needed before being activated.
      • Note : The Log-On to our previous on line booking site, will no longer be valid.
  • All bookings are checked manually for clarity before being confirmed by email
  • You will receive verification within 30 minutes during normal working hours, 6:00am to 6:00pm
  • Online booking is for pre-booking appointments only, a minimum of 4 hours before prior to desired pick-up time
  • If desired pick-up time is less than 4 hours from time of booking, please call us at 1.800.763.0044
  • With an online booking made after 7:00pm for next day pick-up, appointment must be scheduled for after 9:00am

The following important information is required for an online booking:

Date & Time Schedule for the requested transfer, plus appointment time if applicable
Name & PHN Full name and personal health number of the patient
Patient MobilityType of transport needed: stretcher, wheelchair, or semi-ambulatory
Pick-Up Address Plus ward or department
Drop-Off Address Plus ward or department
Return Time Applicable if patient is being brought back to original location
Journey TypeDialysis, treatment, discharge, etc.
Wait & Return Is Hospital Transfers an escort and staying with patient until they return? If so, extra charges may apply.

Additional Information
Do any of the following circumstances or conditions apply?

  • Infection precautions
  • Escort accompanying (medical or family)
  • Equipment or luggage
  • Oxygen required in transit
  • IV (capped, not running)
  • DNR: Ensure confirmation with documentation
  • Is the patient too heavy to safely lift manually?

For patient discharges or transportation to a medical clinic:

  • Can the premises accept a stretcher or wheelchair?
  • Is there an elevator large enough for a stretcher?
  • Are there any stairs; and if so, how many?
  • Does the patient have a key to gain entry?

How to make a Non Health Authority [ Private ] on-line booking

  • NOTE : All private, or Non Health Authority on-line bookings, can only be accepted with a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice. Please note that pickup requests for the following times may result in extended delays: 6am to 7am, 10am to 1pm, and 4pm to 6pm

Q Is there a cost for this service?
  • A Yes. We are a private company and require a credit card payment to confirm bookings
Q What is the general/average cost?
  • A All pricing is based on mobility as well as distance. You will need to submit the details of your request in order to get a quote. Please note, we do not give out pricing over the phone.
Q How far in advance do I need to book?
  • A We require a minimum of 24hrs notice.
Q How do I make a booking?
  • A In order to make a booking you will need to select the “Go To : Non Health Authority [ Private ] Booking Page” below. Once you confirm acceptance of the online booking policy, it will walk you through the information required in order to make a booking. After you have submitted your booking, you will receive an email confirming the time we are able to accommodate, the cost of transport, and the option to pay and move forward with the booking.
